  8. files, but you may not charge a fee for doing so, except a small
  9. distribution fee.

  12. chapter files intact. The documentation for the kit is also
  13. contained on this diskette. Type DOC and press ENTER. On some
  14. displays using 132 column mode you may need to switch to 80
  15. column mode to view the hypertext.
